The PS4 and Switch versions of the game received a limited-edition physical release by Limited Run on June 10, 2019. While most of the original set of playable characters are based on the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers series (and its 2016 comic book spin-off), the game features characters from multiple eras of the Power Rangers timeline. It also features a unique "Mega Assist" system where players choose a colossal character (namely the series' Zords) to assist them from off-screen, and complete cross-platform multiplayer and progression support (with PS4 support added on February 5, 2020).
